has been in a customer facing role for over 20 years. Mainly in Technical Sales
and Support, Lorna his
wife and business partner also have Property in the Algarve, so can offer advise
and knowledge on the whole process of "Buying in the Algarve".
Steve says " I see myself
as a general all rounder , I have the ability and desire to work closely with
potential buyers and sellers in every aspect. I will also be responsible for
designing and maintaining the Company website, which keeps me very busy,
something I enjoy".

Lorna
owned her own Company in the UK and is no stranger to the hard
work and commitment it takes to make a successful and professional business. She
has over 15 years sales experience from middle management to board level. Having
already purchased a Property in the Algarve, she is keen to help others achieve
there lifetime Dreams.
Lorna
says “ I am keen to work very closely with potential buyers to ensure they get
an honest and professional service in buying their property, it can be one of
the biggest decisions people will ever make, so they need to be sure they are
getting correct and honest advice”
Lorna
works closely with Steve, Donna & Tania including touring potential buyers,
property listings and Advertising. Her main aim is customer satisfaction
“making sure the right buyer gets the right Property”.

Donna has
been in customer care related positions for the last 12years, spending
5years in the UK motor industry as a customer care manager, she then moved
overseas in 2000 to work in the holiday industry, firstly in Spain then
moving to Portugal and spent 5 years working as a resort manager. Donna Says
- Its a new challenge for me to work in sales, but this position encompasses
all of the things I enjoy most in my working environment which is meeting
new people, finding new places and helping clients by providing honest,
factual advice to make the right choices about what will be a very important
purchase.

Tania
has lived and worked in the Algarve on and off for the last 20 years and
knows the country very well. Having invested in a few renovation projects,
brought and Sold properties in the Algarve she felt it was time for her to
join a Professional Established Real Estate Agency to continue her career.
Speaking Portuguese is also an added bonus for our clients as this can
sometimes be a concern for buyers who are dealing with Portuguese
Constructors. Tania generally has a keen interest in all aspects of the Real
Estate business and is hoping to continue to use her knowledge and past
experiences in assisting other potential buyers to find there right property
