to be the best site viewed, meeting Lorna and Maureen was a
pleasure nothing was too much trouble for them. This company
gives real estate a good name, a great property was found
within a few days and would have no problem recommending them

It all
started on the Thursday with these two lovely bubbly friendly English ladies.
Lorna and Maureen of the Algarve Team Properties in Portugal visiting my wife
and I at our hotel with a catalogue of properties to discuss our needs. Once
these were established, we were off to view our selected properties in their
car. We were kept amused by their chatter and thoroughly informed about the
areas that we visited. At no time did we ever feel pressurized to commit to any
of the properties shown.
Having decided to go for one of the properties we were handed over to Steve who
took us to the Vendor and thereon to a really friendly and efficient Portuguese
solicitor -again having two lovely ladies! In no time at all we had signed up
for the purchase, power of attorney, opened a Portuguese bank account, applied
for Direct Debits, and credit cards. We were all done and dusted by the next day
Friday at 4.0pm.

We completed on our property last week at
Jardim do Castelo and whilst as far as I recall I was able to identify the
property we certainly had a great deal of help and support from Lorna and
Maureen especially when we came over to view properties in January. They were
able to assist in putting together inspections at various other properties
however, in our case we were already 98% at our decision to buy at Jardim do
Castelo.
Both were extremely
knowledgeable and helpful in advising us of the process and, unlike many UK
estate agents, actually did what they said they would do at the time that had
been agreed.
