Algarve Team Properties has over the past 5 years been on top of the Search Engine algorithms and have managed to secure high level page rankings on over 35 key phrases on major Search Engines such as Google & Yahoo.
As a result of this we have maintained a high visitor count throughout this time and have on average over 2,000 page views each day. Obviously the home page is one of the highest pages seen by visiting clients.

 It is due to this extreme exposure that we are offering existing and new clients the opportunity to advertise there property on the home page as well as the normal pages on the website.

Like most agencies here in the Algarve we charge a 5% commission fee with a signed mediation contract with each vendor valid for 6 months. ATP are now offering vendors the opportunity to increase there properties exposure by being one of 10 randomly selected feature listings seen on the Home page.

To secure this feature ATP will charge a further 1%** and renew the mediation contract for a further 6 months. This service will only be available once for each of the vendors properties and for one 6 month period only.

We estimate that with all 10 slots taken, each client will have a 1 in 10 chance of having there property featured each time the home page is opened. For those of you that get in early then your exposure will increase due to the amount of reduced listings featured.

Typically we expect each of the 10,000 visitors each week to be presented with your featured property on the home page approximately 1,000 time a week and possibly more if all 10 slots are not used up.
